intltool_0.40.4-1_win32.zipを入手して，導入しましょう。入手は，こちらから。

併せてmsys-crypt-0.dllが必要になるかもしれません。libcrypt-1.1_1-3-msys-1.0.13-dll-0.tar.lzmaも入手・導入しましょう。入手は，こちらから。
